Getting Started with Flutter: What I Learned from My Internship

During my internship at Shangrila Informatic, I got my first real taste of Flutter. Here's what actually helped me get up to speed.
Why Flutter clicked for me
Flutter's widget-based architecture makes a lot of sense once you stop thinking in terms of HTML and start thinking in terms of composable UI pieces. Everything is a widget — and that consistency is actually a strength.
The things nobody tells you
State management is where most beginners get lost. I started with setState for simple cases and that was the right call — don't jump to Provider or Riverpod until you actually need it.
What I'd tell myself starting out
Read the Flutter docs properly. They're genuinely good. And build something small end-to-end before trying to understand everything.
